1. Clean and dry your skin.
2.Apply gel or body lotion to the area (don’t use on dry skin).
3. Turn on the device and choose your mode and intensity.
4.Move the device slowly in circular or upward motions—don’t stay in one spot.
5. Use for 10–15 minutes per area, 3–5 times per week.
6.After use, clean the device and apply moisturizer.
